  • Historia meczów, notatki i ustawienia – w folderze danych programu.
  • Klipy najlepszych akcji – w folderze Wideo\CS Prism.

  • Pełne wyniki meczów: jeśli połączysz historię meczów, przechowujemy Twój kod uwierzytelniający historii meczów Steam (zaszyfrowany) i kody udostępniania meczów.

Ranking graczy z meczu

Powtórka meczu Premier, Competitive albo Wingman zawiera ranking wszystkich graczy sprzed i po meczu: CS Rating w Premier albo stopień (np. Gold Nova, Master Guardian) w pozostałych trybach.

6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO): analiza własnej gry i gry z tymi samymi współgraczami.
Dodamy Twój Steam ID do listy wykluczeń: Twój ranking nie będzie zwracany ani pokazywany w żadnym meczu, a zapisane wpisy usuniemy.

  • Valve / Steam – logowanie, historia meczów i powtórki.
  • FACEIT – publiczne dane graczy.

Podstawy prawne

  • Świadczenie usług, z których korzystasz (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) – konto, pełne wyniki meczów, analiza dem, powiadomienia, udostępnione mecze.
  • Zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) – statystyki Google Analytics na stronie csprism.com i raporty błędów programu.
  • Prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) – bezpieczeństwo serwisu, logi serwera, obsługa zgłoszeń i ewentualnych roszczeń oraz ranking graczy z przeanalizowanych meczów (z prawem sprzeciwu opisanym powyżej).
  • Obowiązki prawne (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO) – np. rozpatrywanie reklamacji.

Dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym

Cookies, Google Analytics i logi serwera

Bez Twojej zgody strona csprism.com nie ustawia plików cookie. W pamięci przeglądarki (localStorage) zapamiętujemy tylko wybrany język i Twoją decyzję w sprawie cookies. Czcionki są hostowane na naszym serwerze.

Google Analytics uruchamiamy wyłącznie po kliknięciu „Akceptuję” w informacji o cookies (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Służy do zbierania zagregowanych statystyk odwiedzin: odwiedzone podstrony, przybliżona lokalizacja (kraj, miasto), typ urządzenia i przeglądarki, źródło wejścia. Dostawcą jest Google Ireland Limited; dane mogą być przekazywane do Google LLC w USA na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Pliki cookie: _ga i _ga_* – ważne do 2 lat. Nie używamy funkcji reklamowych ani personalizacji reklam Google. Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili wycofać linkiem „Cookies” w stopce strony – pliki cookie Analytics zostaną wtedy usunięte.

Serwer zapisuje techniczne logi (adres IP, czas, adres strony) w celach bezpieczeństwa i przechowuje je przez krótki czas.

Jak długo i jak usunąć dane

  • Dane lokalne usuwasz, odinstalowując program albo w Ustawieniach programu.
  • Odłączenie pełnych wyników meczów w Ustawieniach usuwa z serwisu kod uwierzytelniający i zapisane mecze.
  • Wylogowanie usuwa token sesji z komputera. Usunięcia konta i wszystkich danych z serwisu możesz zażądać mailowo.

Twoje prawa

Data stored only on your computer

  • Match state that Counter-Strike 2 sends locally through Valve's official Game State Integration: score, rounds, kills, damage, weapons. The app receives it only on 127.0.0.1 of this computer.
  • Match history, notes and settings – in the app's data folder.
  • Highlight clips – in Videos\CS Prism. Recording can be turned off in Settings.
  • Microphone in clips – only if you turn this option on yourself in Settings (it is off by default). Microphone audio goes only into the clip file on your computer and is not sent anywhere.

Data processed when you sign in (optional)

  • Sign in with Steam: your SteamID and public Steam profile data (name and avatar). We never receive your Steam password – you sign in on Steam's website. The session token is encrypted on your computer.
  • FACEIT: public data of your FACEIT account (nickname, level) and – for lobby analysis – public stats of players in that match.
  • Watched players and notifications: SteamIDs of players you watch and notifications about their bans.
  • Full match results: if you link your match history, we store your Steam match history authentication code (encrypted) and match sharing codes. With them the service downloads match results (player IDs and stats in the match) and replays (demos) from Valve's servers. Demos are analyzed automatically and the replay file is deleted right after the analysis – only the computed stats are kept.

Shared matches (optional)

When you click “Share” in the app or in the dashboard at faceit-finder.com/prism, we store a snapshot of that match: map, score, date, your nickname and stats, the nicknames and stats of the other players on the scoreboard, the round flow, kill and death positions and weapon stats from the demo analysis.

  • The csprism.com/m/… page is public: anyone with the link can see it. We ask search engines not to index it.
  • Remove a share in the dashboard – the link then stops working. Sharing the same match again updates the page instead of creating a new one.

Player rankings from a match

The replay of a Premier, Competitive or Wingman match contains the ranking of every player before and after the match: CS Rating in Premier, or a grade (e.g. Gold Nova, Master Guardian) in the other modes. Participants can see this data in the game, on the scoreboard. When we analyse the demo of your match (after you link full match results), we store in the service, for each player of that match, only their Steam ID and this ranking: the value before the match, after the match, the change and the number of wins. We do not store those players' nicknames separately for this purpose.

  • We show this data only to you, as a participant of the analysed match: in match details, in the teammates table and in the ranking statistics. We do not include it in publicly shared matches.
  • The basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): analysing your own play and your play with the same teammates. We store only the necessary minimum, and the data is visible to the match participants in the game itself.
  • If you do not want your ranking to be processed this way, you can object (Art. 21 GDPR) through csprism.com/support. We will add your Steam ID to an exclusion list: your ranking will not be returned or shown in any match, and we will delete the stored entries.

Error reports (optional)

If you turn on Settings → App → Send anonymous error reports in the app, then on a recording, clip, game integration error or a crash the app sends: the error type, a short description (user folder paths and Steam IDs are masked), the app version, the Windows version and whether the app comes from the Microsoft Store.

  • A report contains no nicknames, match data or session token and is not linked to an account.
  • Off by default. We keep the most recent reports (up to 10 MB in total) – older ones are overwritten.

Third parties

  • Valve / Steam – sign-in, match history and replays.
  • Google (Google Analytics) – website visit statistics, only with your consent.
  • FACEIT – public player data.
  • Server providers in the European Union that host the service.
  • GitHub – download of FFmpeg for clip recording in the version outside the Microsoft Store (the Store version includes FFmpeg in the package).

Legal bases

  • Providing the services you use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – account, full match results, demo analysis, notifications, shared matches.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – Google Analytics statistics on csprism.com and app error reports.
  • Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – service security, server logs, handling requests and possible claims, and player rankings from analysed matches (with the right to object described above).
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – e.g. handling complaints.

Data outside the European Economic Area

Our servers are located in the European Union. When you sign in through Steam or use FACEIT data, you connect to those companies' services, which may also process data outside the EEA under their own privacy policies.

Cookies, Google Analytics and server logs

Without your consent csprism.com sets no cookies. In your browser's storage (localStorage) we only keep your chosen language and your cookie decision. Fonts are hosted on our server.

Google Analytics runs only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It collects aggregated visit statistics: pages viewed, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type, traffic source. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Cookies: _ga and _ga_* – valid for up to 2 years. We do not use Google's advertising or ad personalization features. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookies” link in the site footer – the Analytics cookies are then deleted.

The server keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page address) for security for a short time.

Retention and deletion

  • Delete local data by uninstalling the app or in the app's Settings.
  • Unlinking full match results in Settings removes the authentication code and stored matches from the service.
  • Signing out removes the session token from your computer. You can request deletion of your account and all data from the service by email.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest (also when you are a player in someone else's match rather than a user of the service), and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The app is intended for Counter-Strike 2 players and is not directed at children.
